‘Perverse confessions’ is something of a spacefiller, recycling text derived from the erotic writings of Paul Perret (1830–1904) and reworkings of illustrations by Joseph Apoux, whose original work you can see here. The only aspect of this edition worthy of note is its combination of roneotyped text and silvertype plates on photographic paper, a method of reproduction found only during the early 1940s before cheap offset printing became more widespread in the 1950s.
