The bulk of Robert Lenkiewicz’s output is figurative painting, of which he was a natural master, but he regularly experimented with other artistic styles, especially when exploring psychological and esoteric themes.
Many influences from twentieth-century art can be detected in his more adventurous paintings, including Surrealism, Expressionism, Vorticism and Cubism.
