In the third and last of the Doctor Sex trilogy, the power-hungry doctor has moved to somewhere in the post-perestroika Soviet Union, and opened a new establishment where the wives of political prisoners can be ‘re-educated’ as prostitutes. Now-redundant soldiers are recruited to turn the women into willing sex slaves.

As before, however, the women are not quite as powerless as the doctor hopes; the soldiers too are there against their will, and the doctor is faced with a potential rebellion.

Monika attempts an escape and is caught and punished, but it is when the women’s husbands are invited to an orgy where the doctor is in charge of proceedings that Sonya takes affairs into her own hands. Threatening to castrate the naked doctor and show the videos of his training regime to the visitors, her strategy succeeds, and the doctor again flees, this time into the snowy wastes of Ukraine, with just a briefcase full of dollars and nowhere to hide.
