From 1993 to 2004 the publisher Winston Leyland produced 31 editions of the substantial gay magazine Meatmen, under his Gay Sunshine Press/Leyland Publications imprint. The final anthology, Meatmen Volume 26, was a special SM edition, which included the ten-frame sequence Bawdy Buccaneers, by ‘Mike’, Kuchar’s most extensive themed sequence.

In addition to Bawdy Buccaneers, the anthology included Newcomer by ‘Stepan Zubinski’; Daddy’s Home by Farraday; five cartoons by ‘The Hun’; Hard Knox by ‘Belasco’; Move your Asses by ‘Stepan Zubinski’; Victor’s Secret by David Barnes; Back Stairs by Greg Garcia; Goldenlocks and the Three Bears by Gerard Donelan; and Men in Heat by ‘Osze’.
