These forty erotic lithographs incorrectly – yet deliberately – attributed to Peter Fendi were very popular in early twentieth-century Vienna for their hedonistic, entertaining and humorous fantasies about idealised sexual encounters, seen through the mind of a talented nineteenth-century artist.
